Small checks that fix most problems without affecting your memories.
Check the connection, reopen Duonook and leave a few seconds for synchronization. If your device asks to be authorized again, complete that step first.
Open Profile → Settings → Notifications and check the active categories. Then check that Duonook has permission to send notifications in your phone settings.
Open the link on your phone where Duonook is installed and make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Invitations are private: avoid sending them in public spaces.
Open Duonook on your new phone and, on the first screen, choose “Recover my Pair”. You can paste your personal key or scan its QR. At the end, save the new key: the one used for recovery is replaced.
In Profile → Settings you will find “Export your data”. Duonook prepares a readable JSON file with the information stored on the device and opens the system sharing panel.
Write to support@duonook.com. Do not send letters, dedications, recovery codes, or other private content in your request.
Ask for help safely
To diagnose an error, all you need is the app version, device model and the step where it stopped. Support does not need to read what you have written in Nook.
Access codes, recovery keys, still valid invitation links, letters, dedications, photos or screenshots showing intimate information. The partner must also use their own key.
